Bazuaye Para k44 female U58 KG category won GOLD while Samson Saaondo Ukpere Para K42 male 61KG category won Bronze.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Nigeria finished in the fourth place behind, Iran, Morocco and Spain<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>The first edition of African Para Taekwondo Championships started in Egypt\u2019s northeastern coastal city of Port Said on May 22 and finished on the same day.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>The event was open to participants from all around the world as part of the World Taekwondo Federation\u2019s (WTF\u2019s) policy to provide para-taekwondo practitioners with regular access to world class competitions.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>First-placed athletes from African countries, namely Comoros, Egypt, Lesotho, Morocco, Nigeria and Niger, earned G4 world ranking points equivalent to 40 points at the championships, while contestants from Afghanistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Germany, Spain and Ukraine were awarded G2 world ranking points (20 points).<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Afghanistan, Germany and Nigeria took part in a para-taekwondo event for the first time.<\/div>\n<hr style=\"width:100%;clear:both;visibility:hidden;\">\n<\/p>\n<p><a
